Douglas R. Dockhorn: Mr. Dockhorn is a co-founder of airPharma and as the Company's President and Chief Executive since the Company's inception in September, 2002, Mr. Dockhorn is driving the Company's rapid evolution. Prior to founding airPharma, he held both functional and executive positions at IMTCI from 1986-2000, a global CRO now known as PRA. With the experience gained designing and managing an array of clinical studies, and with the industry knowledge that comes from working with pharmaceutical companies both large and small, Mr. Dockhorn will closely manage the development of airPharma's portfolio. Over the years with IMTCI, Mr. Dockhorn developed a network of reliable partners and learned strategies for utilizing global providers to gain an edge. Mr. Dockhorn received his bachelors degree in Business Administration from the University of Kansas.

Robert J. Dockhorn, M.D.: Dr. Dockhorn is a co-founder of airPharma and has served as the Company's Chief Medical Officer since the Company's inception in September, 2002. Dr. Dockhorn provides airPharma with both real-world respiratory experience and vast development knowledge. In addition to over 30 years practicing medicine, Dr. Dockhorn has been conducting clinical research, designing complete drug development programs and developing regulatory strategies for over 20 years. Dr. Dockhorn was a participant in Pre-NDA and Pre-IND Meetings with the Division of Pulmonary Drug Products for Atrovent Nasal Spray, with Aerogen on a combination drug/device product, and was a sponsor representative for both Claritin and Claritin-D . He has also been actively involved with over 500 clinical studies and has published over 150 articles and abstracts in the areas of allergy, respiratory and immunology. Dr. Dockhorn received his bachelors in Chemistry and his M.D. from the University of Kansas.

Ed Mitchell, Ph.D.: Dr. Mitchell has served as the Company's Vice President of Product Development since October, 2004. Dr. Mitchell leads airPharma's product development team and has over 30 years of drug development and regulatory management experience. From 12/02 to 10/04, Dr. Mitchell served as the North American Head of Industrial Operations Chemistry Manufacturing and Controls (CMC) for Aventis Pharmaceuticals. From 10/94 to 10/96 Dr. Mitchell served as the Vice President of U.S. Regulatory Affairs for IVAX Corporation. At IVAX, Dr. Mitchell was the direct liaison with the FDA including Elmiron , an Orphan Product, and the first generic version of Albuterol . From 10/96 to 8/99 Dr. Mitchell served as Chief Regulatory Officer for Oread, Inc. From 10/99 to 12/02 Dr. Mitchell served as the Director of Product Development Services at PRA International where he was responsible for development strategy for several respiratory products. His regulatory and product development experience includes products in a range of therapeutic areas, including: respiratory/pulmonary, cardiovascular/renal, gastrointestinal, oncology, genitourinary, biologics, medical devices, and dental products. Dr. Mitchell interacted directly with the FDA for the approval and ongoing marketing of several products including Cardizem , Cardizem SR , Cardizem CD , Cardizem IV , Carafate , Pentasa , Seldane , Seldane D , and Ditropan . Dr. Mitchell has served as an expert for FDA review of NDAs in the dental drug market. Dr. Mitchell received bachelors degrees in Biology and Education from Kansas State University and his Ph.D in Pharmacology and Physiology from the University of Missouri - Kansas City.

James A. Byrnes: Mr. Byrnes is a co-founder of airPharma and has served as the Company's Senior Vice President of Commercialization since the Company's inception in September, 2002. Mr. Byrnes is applying his considerable commercialization expertise to build airPharma's commercialization capabilities. From 6/95 to 6/96 Mr. Byrnes served as the Vice President International Marketing for Hoechst Marion Roussel. From 12/89-5/95, Mr. Byrnes served as Vice President of Global Commercial development for Marion Merrell Dow. Over the years, Mr. Byrnes was directly involved with the commercialization of both mass and specialty market products, including Allegra , Seldane , Nicoderm , Anzemet , Carafate , Cardizem , and Silvadene Mr. Byrnes has successfully led a diverse multi-national group of scientists and commercial associates in launching products worldwide. Mr. Byrnes received his bachelors degree in Biology from Gannon University, and his M.B.A. from Rockhurst University.

Nita Cogburn, Ph.D.: Dr. Cogburn has joined airPharma in the position of Director of Product Development. In this role, Dr. Cogburn is charged with the development of ZofacTM and the accompanying delivery technology. Dr. Cogburn brings 18 years of experience in pharmaceutical R&D, during which she led development programs at both CyDex and G.D. Searle. While at Searle, she did some of the early work that led to the selection of Celebrex for development. Her work at CyDex included preclinical and clinical evaluation of respiratory products. Dr. Cogburn received her bachelors degree from the University of Iowa, her Ph.D. from Brandeis University, and postdoctoral training through a joint appointment at the Veteran's Administration and Harvard Medical School in Boston.

Susan Prather: Prior to joining airPharma, Ms. Prather was employed at Sanofi-Aventis in their Global Quality Operations Department where she was involved with many products, including Ketek® and Taxotere®. Ms. Prather was also with Sanofi-Aventis' predecessor companies, Marion Laboratories and Marion Merrell Dow, and assisted with obtaining regulatory approvals for Cardizem® and Carafate® product lines. Ms. Prather received her B.S. in biology from UMKC and her J.D. from UMKC's School of Law. She is licensed to practice in Missouri, Kansas, and California.
